On the Spectrum #81: Two Brothers, family-friendly version

I got a response back from photobucket, but it was just thier standard form letter - the type of generic replay that would be vaguely appropriate for just about any question.

I did take a look at their 'terms of use,' however, and as far as I can tell this particular comic must have set off someone's 'kiddie-porn' alert or something. Which is funny, sicne the first and third panels were recycled from earlier strips that didn't have any problems! :)

So I've modified the strip, using Photobucket's own red-sticker to censor out the offending image.

I don't know... somehow it almost looks worse now! LOL

They made you censor their butts? How ridiculous. They should never come to my house. I couldn't keep clothes on my son from the time he was 18 months until well, now.

Well... not specifically, but the presence of naked butts is apprently enought to trip the kiddie-porn alert over at photobucket and get your image blocked. I just used their sticker 'cause I thought it was funny.

haha I think it's funny too, Mr. Lynn. It's a real part of having children on the spectrum and some people really need to get a life and stop seeing porn everywhere.

I wasn't allowed to develop my son's first bath pictures because he was Naked. It was considered child porn. Ugh.

Heather,

How absurd, huh? And I wish I could say was surprised.

Mr. Lynn,

I was able to develop them though. Having family members who are self-developing photographers help :)

and, as a side note, I want to say thank you for this webcomic. I hope you've heard this before because it's true: Laughter is the best medicine and it doesn't require a script or insurance :) Parents of special needs children NEED to laugh. And if you're like me, an adult with autism who has two on the spectrum, you REALLY need a chance to laugh :)

Thank you for sharing your talents so that those of us who do not possess such talents can enjoy it :)

Thanks so much. And giving parents and everyone, really, a chance to laugh is really one of the big reasons I do this. That and knowing that you're not alone and that other people experience a lot of the same kind of stuff really does help.

I think the censor just makes it funnier.
